Order and delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
We are not really a fan of sending stuff halfway around the world, so we do prefer to keep it local. This is why there are not so many options for countries in our checkout. But. If you really just cannot go on with your life without our lovely lamps, we can always see what we can do for you. Please remember we use euro-standard power plugs on our lamps.
What is your delivery time?
We will typically ship your order the same day or on the next working day. Allow for one day transit in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands transit times may vary, but you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands and Belgium shipping is free. Our checkout will automatically calculate surcharges for your country if apliccable. (currently available for Germany, Luxemburg and France) Please contact us for other destinations.
Payments and returns
How can I pay?
We offer all the usual options like Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. Also iDeal for the Netherlands and Bancontact for Belgium.
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes it is an option at our checkout.

We offer a full refund if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Simply contact our customer service first and let us know:
- your name
- the invoice number
- the article you want to return
- the date of delivery
